		<description>Hi Christian, very nice blogpost, and I fully agree with you. However, I think that you can try to shift something in the culture using tools too. It is a line of inquiry for myself. Probably you need to link to an expressed problem first. For instance in an organisation people did not like writing, and it was not stimulated and seen as time-consuming compared to talking. Then you&#039;d have to link to another perceived problem eg. publicity to introduce blogging.</description>

Usual scenarios where employees exchange knowledge: People are too busy using the avaliable channels, such as email, phone; so they get additional requests via skype or others. This all then comes to the question of &#039;request priorisation&#039;, and who pushes on all channels has better chances of being responded to. -&gt; How to get attention? 
Interesting are also the meeting culture changes. Here you would find international workshops and meetings to some extend, in which people are increasingly on &quot;other channels&quot; than being fully present. Blogging maybe be different from working on other issues, which leads to a question on how useful it is to fly people in. What would next step be? How would international meeting culture need to change to optimize the knowledge sharing of participations, and rather than critizing integrating Web2.0 and physical presents?
