		<description>Indeed a good point. There are a couple of privacy issues around social media. For example a personal tag cloud says a lot about your topics, personality and things you are not hired for. But I think that it is quite different in an organizational context, where you keep it in your work context but probably everybody would do it. So far in my experience users left it to work related comments. I am sure most employees would not like to mix that up.</description>

		<description>..but what happens if the emploies want to keep there private life seperate, if they do not want  to share social issues, if they just want privacy? - If I was gay (or just old) I would not like to share my facebook-party fotos with my conservative colleages.. I am not sure if such web 2.0 tools work if the users don&#039;t really want to use them voluntary.</description>
