Digital Government
Digital government represents a major cultural shift to more transparent and high-quality digital information and tools to deliver more efficient public services to citizens. In order to succeed, administrations are required to change their work mode and connect technology, data and policy. The digital transformation should be a win-win situation for public administration and citizens. We analyse ICT and data solutions across government entities and advise on eGovernment strategies. Since 2011 we have been involved in projects around digital and open government, citizen participation and transparency, from local to national level.
Data Driven Organization
Every business and organisation aims to measure what matters most, what brings best results. Finding the right data and translating it for greater impact is a complex task. There is an ever expanding technology range available, but data analysis requires the right questions and effective forms of data transformation and effective collaboration with all stakeholders. Open Innovation
Innovations do not fall from heaven. Great ideas are the result of smart collaboration. Connecting people, competencies and flourishing an ecosystem for creativity, are key to transforming ideas into sustainable products. We have facilitated dozens of open innovation processes to build communities for co-creation. We have worked with NESTA and Climate-KIC on finding solutions for environmental challenges and build citizen dialogue platform hosted by the German President.
