Digitalization Dashboard Misleading.

The German government's dashboard on the status of digitalization of the 575 most important services is a prime example of misleading numbers and lack of transparency. The fact is that not even half of the services have been implemented and the biggest joke is that the service is considered achieved if only one municipality has implemented it in Germany.
